Poppy trained with BRAVA (2021-23) under Melissa Thom and Elaine Clarke. Since finishing her training, Poppy has worked with BBC Bristol, as well as voicing radio plays, theatrical voiceovers, and commercials.

Poppy is also a trained singer (MT, Classical, Harmony) and recently performed at Glastonbury Festival (2024) with World Roots.

Poppy is also mocap and performance capture trained (BOVTS).

Poppy has a home studio set up with an AT2020 and Audacity. She provides a young, friendly, real person read.
